This Watch We have here a stunning early Omega Seamaster deville 14770 from 1961 with an aged original rarer blue green aqua colour satin dial! The dial has an even patina which we feel has turned this tone over years. very elegant slim, slightly pointed applied, singular baton markers with , sword hour and minute hands and a tapered central seconds hands. At 12 o'clock, there are double bold a baton markers at 6 9 & 12 as with most very early production seamasters in this range. The dial is signed 'Omega, Automatic' with the famous Omega logo. At 6 o'clock, the dial is signed 'Seamaster De ville' likely one of the first Deville marked seamasters . There is a beautiful symmetry to this watch and it screams elegant, 1960s design. The 34mm, round, stainless steel, monocoque front loading case makes for a very comfortable wear for both him and her and is complete with Omega's famous Seamaster hippocampus, first introduced in 1958.
